Additional Information: I am an attorney who practices in the area of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and special needs planning and settlement planning. I also handle other probate court matters including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. In coordination with my estate planning practice, I assist business owners with corporate and business matters as well. I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude, from Auburn University in 2004 and my juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law in 2008. I am a native of Enterprise, Alabama. While in law school, I served on the Editorial Board of the Cumberland Law Review as the Symposium Editor and served as an Abraham Caruthers Fellow for Cumberland’s Legal Research and Writing program. I also served as President of the Christian Legal Society. I am an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. In addition to the practice of law, I have served as an adjunct professor at Auburn University Montgomery where I taught Estate Planning to upper-level under-graduate students and graduate students. I actively serve in my local Rotary Club, Estate Planning Council, Church, and Community Foundation.
